  1. Orders that can be shipped complete and are received by 2:00PM CST will ship same day. Orders received after 2:00PM CST will ship the following business day. Delivery transit time can be up to 5 business days (M-F) from day of shipment.
  1. Customers placing stocking orders that cannot be filled due to back orders from the manufacture will be contacted via phone or email with an estimated delivery date based on manufacture lead time.
  1. Non-stocking orders may take an extended amount of time for delivery. When placing a non-stocking order, please call (888-934-1328) or email ( to confirm delivery date.
  1. Delivery dates are based on a Monday thru Friday delivery day option. If you would like your order delivered on Saturday please call (888-934-1328) to confirm freight charge and determine if your shipping address is within the UPS Saturday delivery service area. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days when establishing a UPS lead time. 
Standard UPS transit days will apply for the following UPS shipment options:
                                                              i.      UPS Next Day Air shipments shipped on Friday will deliver Monday.
                                                            ii.      UPS 2nd Day Air shipments shipped on Thursday will deliver on Monday
                                                          iii.      UPS 3 Day Select shipments shipped on Wednesday will deliver on Monday.
  1. Pro Deck Store offers UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping methods for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Large volume and UPS Next Day Air orders may be eligible for freight discounts. Please call to receive a freight quote.
  1. Merchandise originally purchased from Pro Deck Store may be returned for credit with prior approval.
  1. Items must be current, unused, in good condition and no older than 30 days of delivery.
  1. Return items must be in original packaging and adequately protected to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
  1. A restock fee of 15% of material value or $10.00, whichever is greater, will be applied to returns that are due to customer request.
  1. Return freight charges will be the responsibility of the shipper. UPS call tags can be issued to assist in the return of materials.
  1. Material credit will be based on prices paid on original purchase. Credit is subject to deduction for restocking charges, return call tag and freight charges. 
  1. Items returned that are not in resalable condition will not receive credit.
Claims for Shortage and Damage
  1. Immediately inspect materials for damage and shortages. Note any discrepancies (shortage or possible damages) with carrier prior to signing clear to receive shipment.
  1. Please call to report damage and shortage immediately.
